• Payment information — when you pay a deposit, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; we only receive a payment confirmation token.
• Technical information — including IP address, browser type, device type, and approximate location (city level), collected automatically via standard web logs.
• Communications — any text messages, emails, or calls you exchange with us regarding your service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Generate AI-powered price estimates for your junk removal request
• Process deposit payments via Stripe
• Contact you via SMS or phone call to schedule pickup (within 30 minutes of your request)
• Confirm appointment details and dispatch our team
• Send service-related notifications (pickup confirmations, arrival updates)
• Improve our service quality and AI estimation accuracy
• Comply with legal obligations

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. SMS Messaging

When you provide your phone number and opt in via our quote form, we use it to send you transactional text messages about your junk removal service (pickup confirmations, scheduling, and arrival notifications). Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
